No Recount for Commissioner's Seat

Democrat Etles Henries did not request a recount of votes cast on Election Day for a Beaufort County commissioner's seat.

Henries had until 5 p.m. Wednesday to request a recount in the special election for a Beaufort County commissioner's seat.

Republican Stan Detherage will step in filling the seat Carol Cochran vacated this past August.
