Final Arguments to Be Heard in Outlying Landing Field Controversy

Final arguments in the lawsuit against the U.S. Navy and their plans to build an outlying landing field in Washington County will be heard Wednesday. U.S. District Court Judge Terrence Boyle will hear from both sides at 10 a.m. in Raleigh. This will be the last time he hears from both sides before making a decision on whether to issue a permanent injunction against the project at the proposed site.
