Two unnamed candidates are battling for the position of manager in Washington County, according to Wesley Stokes, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners. Washington County Commissioners have been in search of a County Manager since October 4th when the position was vacated by Chris Cudrow who took another appointed position in Franklin County. 14 people applied for the coveted job, two applicants now remain. A Washington County Manager could be named as early as Tuesday.
