Jacksonville veterans will have a place to call home this Thanksgiving.
The Disabled American Veterans Chapter 16 and its auxiliary announced on Veterans' Day that they will be hosting a Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings at the chapter house on November 25th. The DAV says it's trying to fill a gap, for veterans who have no other place to go, and may not have a family-style meal without some help from their brothers-in-arms.
