WITN-7 announced the winner of the 2004 "Look At Those Lights" contest Friday.
Semi-finalist #2, with a whopping 85% of the vote, took the top honor. The owners of the home on Ocean Acres Drive in Nags Head have been collecting lights for the past 25 years! They will receive the grand prize of $300 for taking the top "Look At Those Lights" spot.
The runner-up spot isn't a bad place to be, as it comes with a $150 prize! The home is in Stella in Carteret County and is quite an amazing sight for folks passing by on Highway 58.
