A new videotape has been released by Al-Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden.
The tape was broadcast on Al-Jazeera Television Friday, where Bin Laden claimed full responsibility for the September 11, 2001 attacks. He also warned Americans that our security is not in the hands of John Kerry, President George Bush, or Al-Qaida, but in our own hands.
U.S. officials say the tape is authentic, but there are no plans to raise the terrorist threat level.
