New Law Enforcement Tool

Pitt County's law enforcement agencies now have a brand new tool that will help in domestic violence or even sexual abuse cases.

As part of training for the agency's evidence based prosecution grant, lawmen are learning how to use digital cameras for collecting evidence and courtroom presentations.

The grant provided funds to buy 140 cameras that provide sharp images to be displayed on 60-inch monitors inside of the Pitt County Courthouse.
