Judge Says No to Navy

A federal judge Friday refused to let the Navy spend about $5,000,000 on plans to build an outlying landing field in Washington County.

Military officials asked judge Terrence Boyle on Tuesday to grant permission to spend money on planning and permits while it appeals his other ruling halting development of the field until other lawsuits could be heard.
