New information is coming to light in Pitt County, in the fatal hit and run that killed a Greenville teenager this weekend.
Lawmen are looking for 29-year-old Jose Carmen Hernandez, who is believed to be driving a beige Dodge van with fake license plates. Officials say Hernandez has ties to Hispanic gangs in the Raleigh and Durham area and is considered armed and dangerous.
Lawmen say he drove the car that hit and killed 16-year-old Michael Devon Staton Saturday evening.
