You may be surprised to hear that inmates in North Carolina's prison system may qualify for some of the vaccines that are available as well.
Officials with the Craven County Correctional facility say while they haven’t' received any flu vaccines this year, they expect to have inmates who fall in the Center's for Disease Control's high risk category, allowing them access to the flu vaccine when it becomes available.
