State Senator Marc Basnight to Testify
State Senator Marc Basnight will testify to a federal grand jury in the case of the John A. Hyman Memorial Youth Foundation.

Senate President Pro Tem Marc Basnight says he's been subpoenaed to testify to a federal grand jury about a substance abuse program that misused state money. Basnight has been asked to testify about the John A. Hyman Memorial Youth Foundation. Basnight says he's done nothing wrong and will cooperate fully with the grand jury. He said he hasn't been told that he's a target of the investigation.
