Just About Three Bucks A Gallon

The pain at the pump is not going away. As the new work week gets started, gas prices are even higher. Some gas stations in Greenville are posting a price of nearly three dollars a gallon Monday.

The Lundberg Survey says gas prices jumped by 16 cents in the last two weeks. the nationwide average for a gallon of unleaded regular gas is $2.96. Triple A says the average cost in North Carolina is also $2.96.

    Unreal! Gas is entirely too high. Record profits by oil/gas companies...excuses for years about gas prices so high due to lack of refinaries...here's a thought...take some of the profits and build some refinaries and help us get to even $1.99 a gallon.
