Get Ready for Tighter Security Measures at Airports

Holiday travel is upon us. So is the increase in security at airports. But is that security sometimes making passengers uncomfortable? Transportation Security Administration officials or TSA say in many airports, passengers are now being required to take off their coats, sweaters and shoes. They're even patting down passengers at the screener's discretion. Officials with the Craven Regional Airport in New Bern say they haven't noticed any security changes other then increased holiday travelers. It's just business as usual. But they do say screeners may ask you to take off your jacket so they can better see your body shape.
