Teen Murder Suspect to Be Tried as Adult

A judge in Tennessee says a teenager accused of killing a Lenoir County native and aspiring country singer will be tried as an adult.

The judge moved the case against 15-year-old Twain Demario Vaughn from juvenile court. He's charged with fatally shooting 28-year-old Kristopher Carlyle this summer.

Relatives say Carlyle and his family had stopped to ask for directions when he was shot.
