UPDATE: Bones Found In Wilson County There For 3-5 Years

Bones found last Wednesday outside Wilson apparently have been there for some three to five years. That from a forensic anthropological analysis of the remains found in the Bloomery Road area.

The sheriff's office says the bones belonged to a white man, between the ages of 50 and 59 years old. The man had an ankle fracture at the time of his death that was healing. Also the man had all of his upper teeth removed before his death. Deputies say a vial of insulin was found with the remains.

Clothing included a dark work style coat with paint on it, and a pair or rugged outback high top hiking style shoes.

Deputies say there is nothing yet to indicate how the man died.

Authorities say they're in the process of eliminating missing person reports from the area.
