However, the winged horse extravaganza charitable auction of these colorful colts and steeds has been set for next weekend. These lifesize fiberglass horses were in large part, decorated by local artists, and grace schoolyards, restaurants, and any other type of business or foundation you can think off. 36 of these fantastic pieces of artwork will go on sale at the Seascape Golf course, Saturday October 10th. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Corolla Wild Horse Fund, and the Icarus Monument in Kitty Hawk.
