It's just weeks until election day 2004, but a problem with early absentee ballots has Onslow County Republicans upset.
The first 600 ballots mailed out to absentee voters last week had Onslow Republican County Commisioner candidates listed in the wrong order. After Republicans brought the error to the elections board, changes were made last Friday. Officials say there should be no problems in counting those votes and no votes will be thrown out because of the confusion.
