North Carolina Seafood Festival Helps Non-Profit Organizations

Hundreds of vendors will take part in the 18th Annual North Carolina Seafood Festival. Many are nonprofit community organizations that depend on this once a year gathering of the masses as their biggest fundraiser.

This year, more than 200 different organizations will pack the boardwalk in Morehead City. Organizers say one of the main goals of the festival is to provide an outlet for all kinds of vendors. And if you'd rather let someone else do the cooking, there will be plenty of opportunities to purchase some fresh seafood as well!

WITN is proud to once again be a sponsor of the festival. Stop down this Friday, Saturday and Sunday and say hello at our booth. Remember, you can log on to ncseafoodfestival.org for more information.
