People along our coast are watching Hurricane Jeanne but not worrying about her just yet.
Friday, many people were soaking up the rays and playing in the sand and surf, while they still could along Atlantic Beach in Carteret County. However, add another storm to an already active hurricane season, and you'll find local residents and even public servants hoping this one passes by our state.
Atlantic Beach authorities say they are ready should Jeanne head our way.
