Sexual Harrasment Settlement In Smithfield Chicken 'n Bar B-Q Case

Wake County jurors have awarded 1.15 million dollars to a former employee who said he was sexually harassed by the president of the Smithfield Chicken 'n Bar-B-Q restaurant chain.

The jury says that Jason Hallaman, 39, was wrongfully terminated
as a butler and maliciously prosecuted while working for Gregory A.
Moore.

Jurors deliberated over two days before returning the verdict
late today.

Just look at how money work! If a female had made some type of sexual advance toward him will he have been awarded $1.15 million? It makes me wonder if the large amount comes because he was a male... just wondering.
