A Family That Commits Crimes Together Goes To Jail Together

Two Rocky Mount brothers are in big trouble with the law after police say the two tried to start a riot and made serious threats to the officers.

Everything started yesterday on North Church Street around six o'clock when officers tried to talk to twenty year old Tremaine Silver about a warrant.

He ran off, but officers were able to catch him. Then police say silver's family showed up in a parking lot to defend him. Officers arrested Silver's brother Christopher Silver for assault warrants. Both men face several charges.
