A local principal is "going bald" over test scores, but it's actually something to celebrate.
Kinston High School's principal, Wynn Whittington, told students in 2007 that if they met 60% on End of Course tests, he would shave his head. Last school year, they met 69%, so Friday, the shears come out.
Whittington's head will be shaved at a back-to-school assembly Friday morning.

Shaving your head is old... How about getting some breast implants?! I'm certain the kids will perform well then....
