A Beaufort County judge denied a key defense motion Wednesday in the sexual assault trial of Dock Watson. The judge will allow testimony from the victim who claims she was raped.
The defense had asked the testimony not be allowed. Watson is on trial for rape and kidnapping stemming from an incident last July in the parking lot of Chocowinity Middle School.
He also faces a separate trial on rape charges following an incident in downtown Washington last summer.
