WITN 7 News At Sunrise went on the road to the Pitt County town of Ayden Wednesday morning.
Wednesday kicks off the 30th Annual Ayden Collard Festival. The next few days will be full of rides, fun, food and of course, there will be plenty of collards. Bands will perform on various stages beginning Thursday night.
The parade will also run through downtown Saturday morning, and don't forget to test your tummy with the collard eating contest. The record for men is more than eight pounds.
