Shooting Suspects to Remain Behind Bars

The two Tarboro brothers accused of killing two men near NC State's Carter Finley Stadium this past weekend will remain behind bars.

Bond was denied for Timothy and Tony Johnson, who were also given court-appointed lawyers. The Sheriff's Office says a fight broke out after a carton of beer was thrown at Tony Johnson's car as it sped through a crowded tailgate area.

Investigators say Timothy Johnson returned with a gun and shot Kevin M. McCann of Chicago and Marine Second Lieutenant Brett Johnson Harman, who was stationed at Camp Lejeune, also of Chicago.
