Tuesday's Olympic Coverage

Daytime Olympic coverage airs on WITN today from until 5 p.m. and then primetime coverage resumes at 8 p.m.

Tonight, women's gymnastics takes center stage as the reigning world champion U.S. women seek their first Olympic crown since the “Magnificent Seven” struck gold at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.

Jordyn Wieber and Gabby Douglas lead an American team of Olympic newcomers that is favored for gold.

Also tonight, Michael Phelps has his busiest night of the Games on the Men's and Women's swimming finals. First, he will compete for what is expected to be his third straight 200m butterfly gold medal, which could also set a new Olympic record.

Phelps will also be back in the pool for the 4x200m freestyle relay, teamed up with Ryan Lochte. Finally, it’s the women’s synchronized platform diving competition where the biggest challenge is topping Team China, which has won gold all three times this has been an Olympic event.
