'One Tree Hill' Gets A 7th Season On The CW

The characters on "One Tree Hill" have survived to another season of adulthood.

The CW network says it will pick up six of its shows for another season, including "One Tree Hill," which is filmed in Wilmington.

The CW said the combination of "Gossip Girl" and "One Tree Hill" on Monday nights has been successful.

Series creator Mark Schwahn agreed in October to head a seventh
season if the network wanted one. But the actors' six-year contracts end after this season, and it's not clear how many will return.

The "One Tree Hill" characters went from high school at the end of season four to adulthood when season five began, skipping their years in college.

One Tree Hill has changed my life in many ways. It helped me get over the end of my 5 year relationship!! It showed me so much joy and happiness I have never felt from a show before!! To the cast of oth plllleeeaaasssseeeee come back for a seventh season. I don't know what I will do without it. I have grown so incrediably close to this show I wouldn't be able to watch it become destroyed with a different cast. It is wwwwaaaayyyy to special to me!!!!!

I might would watch this show if the CW could get their video and audio in sync. I get so tired of watching something, and after the person stops talking, I still hear the words. It's so annoying that I don't watch anything on that channel.
