McCain And Letterman Reconcile

NEW YORK (AP) -- David Letterman and Sen. John McCain will get a chance to make up.

The Republican presidential candidate is scheduled to appear on Letterman's "Late Show" on Thursday.

It will be McCain's 13th visit to the CBS program but his first since he angered Letterman by canceling last month.

Letterman was unhappy when McCain sat for an interview with Katie Couric instead of him on Sept. 24.

At the time he said he first felt like a "patriot" to let McCain off his commitment to deal with the economy but "now I'm feeling like an ugly date."

A McCain spokeswoman said at the time that because of the economic crisis, the campaign "felt this wasn't a night for comedy."

Sammy, I really feel sorry for you. Race is a business in this country - not a condition. Do you honestly think that people like J. Jackson, Al Sharpton, Farrakhan, Rev. Wright, etc are going to cease their hateful and divisive rhetoric if Obama gets elected? Do you realize that, just as we can't seem to criticize the candidate, no one would be able to criticize the Pres. without being called a racist? The success and promotions of people like Oprah, Condi Rice, Colin Powell, Kenneth Chenault (AmEx), Bill Easter (Duke Energy), etc. (I know those are the most obvious ones but there are many other highly trusted individuals of color to name) should show you that you're wrong. From 2000 to 2005 the number of AA CEO's of major corporations increased by 300% according to Black Enterprise. I'm sorry you can't feel empowered by their success and must have a socialist extremist radical President to make you feel validated an American.

To WOLFGANG, I think you would have learned from you man McCain. SLAMMING Democrats will take you down in a hurry. Him and his sidekick slammed a few to many times and nothing will make that fact go away. The world saw John McCain for what he is, a washed up old man that is just like Bush. MORE OF THE SAME

Why do you think people are in prision? Well let me tell you these Felons, Child Molesters, Robbers, Drug Addicts, Murderers yes Killers, Rapist should I go on. Are not the sharpest knife in the draw. The Democrats depend on the prison gangs and the uneducated to get there votes. I could use a better word but it, would not get put into print. It is sick the Democtrats need these votes to get in office. " SICK ".

OBAMA Leads 2 to 1 with Felons. More than 30,000 Florida felons who by law should have been stripped of their right to vote remain registered to cast ballots in this presidential battleground state, a Sun Sentinel investigation has found. Many are faithful voters, with at least 4,900 turning out in past elections. Another 5,600 are not likely to vote Nov. 4 — they're still in prison. Of the felons who registered with a party, Democrats outnumber Republicans more than two to one.

I don't have a problem voting for an African American President...but there is something shady about Obama that I can't put my finger on. I am a female and I own a gun...I'd like to keep that priviledge. So if someone breaks in my house, am I supposed to take him on with my fist...yeah right?!?!? This is what Obama wants us to do. Oh, I forgot he may provide secret service to all of us!!!

NEW POLL - New Poll taken by the RF polling. Mccain 52% Obama 48% poll information: *poll was taken from 19 independent and stubborn people. *people on this poll have either a gun or bible or both. p.s. and cling to them. *people on this poll do not watch cnn, nbc ,abc, or cbs. *the race of people on this poll are white , hispanic, and asia. Could not find any blacks that were not voting for Obama or that ACORN would release. *people taking this poll are using it as a political tool to make their canidate look good like cnn, nbc , abc , and cbc. *people on this poll do not think the war in Iraq is lost, proud to wear a flag pin, and think Polosi and Reid are agents of the devil. *14 of the 19 voters speak french as a second language, but not spanish as Obama wants. *19 of the 19 voters think that our politicans just sold out the country and will remember this time as a turn into socialism

David ask Obama this question. Senator Obama, when originally asked about your relationship with Bill Ayres you stated he was just someone in the neighborhood and you didn't know about his past. Then you said you assumed he was rehabilitated. Now which one is it, because I can't see how you could say you thought he was rehabilitated if you weren't aware of his terrorist acts in the first place? The Spin.
