An arrest has been made in Monday's bank robbery in Wilson.
Wilson police say Antonio Pitt was nabbed Thursday with the help of state troopers, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Nash County Sheriff's Office during a traffic stop on I-95 in Nash County.
The 20-year-old Wilson man is charged with the armed robbery of the State Employees Credit Union on Ward Boulevard Monday morning.
At the time police said surveillance photos showed the robber was wearing a wig that fell off during the robbery. The robber made his getaway on a bike.
Police are looking for a man who held up a local bank.
Wilson Police released a picture of the man who they say robbed the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union on Ward Boulevard about 10:45 Monday morning.
Police say the man showed a gun during the robbery and was seen riding away on a bike.
They think he ditched the bike and may have changed clothes. Police also said the hair was a wig and that his real hair is short.
