Four men were arrested and accused of stealing armloads of merchandise from a department store, then sprinting out the door.

Quick work by the employees at the Belk in Jacksonville Mall and police Wednesday afternoon meant the suspects didn't get away with it though.

The four men charged are all from Wilmington. Twenty-four-year-old Bryon Funderburke, 33-year-ol Raymond Goodman, 35-year-old Kenyatta Williams, and 27-year-old Charles Harrington each face several charges.

Police said they recovered $2,000 worth of stolen merchandise.
