Two Men Facing Child Sex Crime Charges In Onslow County

Onslow County court records show 38-year-old Richard Jolley is charged with two counts each of statutory rape, crimes against nature, indecent liberties with a child and sex offense in a parental role.

The Jacksonville Daily News says Jolley is from West Columbia, South Carolina, and the crimes allegedly took place from 2004 to 2006.

Another sex crime suspect, 32-year-old Barry Buie, is also charged in Onslow County with statutory rape and indecent liberties with a child.

The Jacksonville Daily News says the Jacksonville man is accused of victimizing a 15-year-old girl.
