Suspects Accused Of Stealing Christmas Presents From Lenoir County Home

Two men are behind bars accused of stealing children's Christmas presents during a home break-in over the weekend in Lenoir County.

Donald Shepard Junior, 25-year-old from Greensboro, and 23-year-old and Michael Clark of Jamesville, both face felony charges in connection to a vehicle break-in and a home burglary Saturday night.

Lenoir County deputies believe the two broke into a home on Pinewood Home Drive in Pink Hill, heavily vandalized the residence, unwrapped kids Christmas presents, and took the contents.

Some of the stolen property was recovered.

It was reported the two men were renting living space inside a horse barn at 4345 Rosewood Drive Pink Hill.

Both are in jail under a $95,000 bond.
