A Goldsboro man is behind bars accused of of a kidnapping and robbery.
Brian Harvey, 31-years-old, was arrested Tuesday night and charged with second degree kidnapping and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
A man reported about 24 hours earlier that Harvey held him at gunpoint and made him drive around a neighborhood then robbed $60.00 from him.
Harvey is being held in the Wayne County Jail under a $125,000 bond.
