Authorities in North Carolina say a daycare and mentoring program run out of the home of a registered sex offender was a front for a child porn production operation.
WRAL-TV in Raleigh reported Tuesday that Harnett County sheriff's deputies arrested four people and are searching for a fifth. Authorities say there are at least 10 male and female victims, ranging in age from 1 to 14.
Investigators say Bailey Joe Mills ran the day care out of his home to gain access to children. Mills is accused of then offering the children money to have sex with men contacted through social media sites.
Records show Mills has three felony convictions involving sexual activity with children. He was arrested in January and charged with raping a 13-year-old girl.
