River Bend Police Investigate Dollar General Robbery

River Bend Police are looking for two suspects who robbed a Dollar General early Saturday morning.

The store is located at 455 Pirates Road in Craven County. Police say shortly after the store opened at 8 am two males walked into the store, forced the clerk to open up the register, and they got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police say the two did have a weapon. They left in a silver or grey 4-door Nissan.

There was a customer inside the store at the time. No one was injured.
