A registered sex offender is back in jail, accused of more sex crimes involving underage children.
Beaufort County deputies say last April they received a report of a sexual assault that happened at a home on South White Post Road in Pinetown. They learned the two victims were juveniles.
Last month a Beaufort County grand jury indicted Charlie Daniels, Sr. on three counts of indecent liberties with a child. The 61-year-old Pinetown man was arrested Saturday and jailed on a $6,500 secured bond.
The state registry says Daniels was convicted in 2001 for indecent liberties with a minor from Beaufort County and had no reported violations.
