Police have made an arrest in a shooting Monday night at a grocery store.
Shaquan Davis has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, four counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied business, and discharging a firearm into occupied property causing serious bodily injury.
Demetrius Lewis was struck by the gunfire while at Bob's Supermarket on South Slocumb Street around 7:50 p.m. He was airlifted to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville for further treatment, according to police.
The 27-year-old Davis was jailed on a $303,000 secured bond and will face a judge Wednesday on the charges.

Police said they are continuing to search for the person behind the gun after a shots fired call came from a local grocery store.
Goldsboro Police said around 7:50PM on Monday, they got a call for shots fired from Bob's Supermarket on South Slocumb Street.
Police said when they arrived, they found 24-year-old Demetrius Lewis shot in the leg.
Lewis was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Police said they are continuing to look for the person behind the gun.
