A Plymouth man has admitted to child pornography charges and faces up to 40 years in prison.
Johnnie Davenport admitted to receiving child pornography before a federal magistrate in Greenville on Friday.
Federal prosecutors say back in December 2009 Davenport received an image depicting child porn. The feds say the 42-year-old man was utilizing Google Hello and Yahoo Messenger to exchange the pictures.
A July 2010 search at his Plymouth home found 99 child porn pictures on his computer and 37 on an external hard drive.
Davenport will be sentenced on November.
