Greenville police say the Pitt County Gang Task Force has arrested seven people on outstanding felony warrants who resided in or who had connections to areas known for gang activity.
Thursday's operation lasted five hours.
The following individuals have been arrested: 18-year-old Quantez Holloway of Greenville who is charged with felony breaking and entering and larceny. 21-year-old Tayquan Lucas of Belhaven who is charged with fleeing to elude arrest and not having an operator's license. 45-year-old Stacey Lee Whitehead of Greenville is charged with a probation violation on a drug offense. 18-year-old Antero Rodriguez of Winterville is charged with possession of a stolen firearm and possession of weapons on educational property. 20-year-old Brittney Jenkins of Greenville is charged with felony conspiracy and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill in relation to an assault at Sheetz where the victim was cut. 33-year-old Maurice Dudley
of Greenville is charged with cocaine offenses. 19-year-old Eddie Ray Battle of Greenville is charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
Agencies involved in the arrests were the Greenville Police Department, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Bethel Police Department, East Carolina University Police Department, Ayden Police Department, Pitt Community College Police Department and North Carolina Community Corrections.
