Operation Zero Tolerance Phase II Nets 130+ Charges In Jones County

A drug round up in Jones county put several people behind bars facing dozens and dozens of charges.

The Jones County Sheriff's Office says phase two of Operation Zero Tolerance resulted in over 53 felony charges, over 26 misdemeanor charges and 58 drug related charges. Additional arrests are still pending. The sheriff's office says Operation Zero Tolerance will continue with additional phases as active drug investigations are concluded.

    I HAVE LIVED IN JONES COUNTY ALL MY LIFE AND I FOR AM VERY HAPPY WITH SHERIFF HEATH HE HAS DONE AND AWESOME JOB. SHERIFF HEATH AND HIS TEAM IS THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO JONES COUNTY.....ZERO TOLERANCE

    Jones County is a sparcely populated area. I'm surprised there would be that much drug activity...but it's not like I would know. I guess I'm just naive.
