Several suspected street level drug dealers are off the streets in Edenton.
Police say they arrested 5 people from Edenton with more arrests expected following an undercover drug operation called Operation Take Down. Connie Leary and Monta Privott are charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine. Denzel Williams faces multiple charges including 2 counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine.
Arkey Sutton was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, and Torzay Privott faces marijuana charges.
