Wilson County deputies are investigating a meth lab explosion at a home Sunday afternoon where one person was injured.
Deputies were called out to the scene on Weaver Road in Wilson around 12:50 p.m.
Several neighbors reported that they heard and saw two subjects coming out of the residence and one subject was on fire. They reported that the burned subject, 25-year-old Lucas Barnett, had left the scene and drove himself to the hospital.
Officials say the explosion was meth lab related. Narcotics investigators along with a meth lab clean up crew were also called to the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
