The victim in a Thursday night home invasion says he thought his attackers were going to kill him. So far three people have been charged with the attack.

The man, who is in his 60s, was injured during the robbery in Maysville.

Jones County Sheriff Danny Heath says it happened at 506 Maple Avenue right around 9:25 p.m.

Three people were arrested Friday morning. They are Amanda Dixon, David Carroll and Lsander Burnette. Deputies are still searching for Jessica Morton.

Heath says two women and two men forced their way into the house, beat up the victim, and stole nearly $500.00.

The sheriff says the victim was able to identify the two women and he says he believes the women know the victim and knew he got paid Thursday.

The victim tells WITN News that he beat his attackers back with a baseball bat, and that's what saved his life.
