A New Bern man has been arrested for sexual battery and police are looking into whether there may be more than one victim.
According to officers 50-year-old Randy Tyler was arrested Wednesday and given a $500 dollar secure bond.
The incident was reported back in October. It happened on the 1200 block of S. Glenburnie Road. The victim was not injured and did not require medical attention.
