Man Wanted In Williamston Stabbing Surrenders

A man wanted for an assault last week in Williamston is now behind bars.

Williamston police say Antonio Laughinghouse turned himself in this
morning.

Laughinghouse is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

Police say last week they were called to West Grace Street around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night for an assault. Tyran Wallace, according to police, was apparently stabbed.

Laughinghouse was placed under a $100,000 bond and had a November 23rd court date.

Police are looking for a man who they say tried to kill another man Wednesday night in Williamston.

Antonio Laughinghouse is wanted on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. Williamston police say they were called to West Grace Street around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night for an assault. Tyran Wallace, according to police, was apparently stabbed. He is now at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
