A Wayne County man, who was arrested last year for sexually assaulting a teen girl, has been indicted on 46 counts.
Joseph Raczkowski turned himself in late last week after the grand jury returned true bills on 45 counts of three degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
When arrested last year deputies said the victim was a 13-year-old acquaintance of Raczkowski and the assaults happened between 2002 and 2005.
