Man Charged With Operating Meth Lab Arrested Again

A man charged with operating a meth lab just over a year ago has been arrested again on meth charges after lawmen say he ran from them and was tracked down by K-9's.

47-year-old John Miller of Tate Road in Pink Hill is charged with five meth related offenses and with resisting a public officer.

Jones County Deputies say they spotted Miller Monday night and knew he had outstanding warrants. That's when they say he drove away and then eventually exited his vehicle. A K-9 found him hiding in a ditch, partially submerged in water.

Deputies say they also found drug paraphernalia in the ditch and drugs in his car.

It was just over a year ago that Miller was charged with operating a Meth Lab on Mary Tate Road.

Miller is in the Jones County Detention Center with no bond.
