One man discovered attempting to rob a vehicle in the middle of the day right behind the Goldsboro City Hall probably wasn't a good idea. He was arrested on the spot.
Goldsboro police arrested 22-year-old Eric Turner at the scene after the victim says he returned to his car to see the breaking and entering in progress.
Another suspect managed to take off and get away. Bond for Turner was set at $2,500.
