Man Nabbed For November 1st Drive-By Shooting

A man wanted for drive-by shooting earlier this month in Mount Olive is now behind bars.

Mount Olive police say with the help of the U.S. Marshal's Violent Fugitive Task Force they arrested Phillip Armwood Thursday in the Mar mac area of Wayne County.

The shooting happened Novemebr 1st in the 300 block of Oliver Street. Both a man and a woman were shot at, and police say Montrall Sloan was hit several times.

Armwood was jailed on a $1.35 million bond.
