An early morning shooting in Nash County leaves one man dead and another in jail charged with murder.
Nash County deputies say the shooting happened at 4414 W. Hornes Road in Bailey. They say Jayquan Taybron of Middlesex was killed.
Burnice Hinnant has been charged with first degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and carrying a concealed weapon.
Deputies continue to investigate.
